The listed dimensions refer to the artwork size. The outside dimensions of a framed portrait will be slightly larger.

Portrait Subjects

You may include up to three pets or people in one portrait.

Pets or people may be combined from separate photographs when suitable reference images are provided.

Framed portraits are carefully mounted and protected for shipping. Frame appearance and natural wood grain may vary slightly.

How to Order

6. Complete your order and we will begin preparing your portrait.

Photo Guidelines

For the best result, please upload clear, well-lit photographs that show your pet’s face, eyes, ears, coloring, and markings.

Photos taken in natural light usually work best. Avoid heavily filtered, blurry, dark, distant, or partially covered images.

When ordering a portrait with multiple subjects, you may upload separate photos for each pet or person. We will contact you only if additional or clearer photographs are required.

Artist Style and Revisions

Each portrait is created in the artist’s signature watercolor style based on the photographs provided.

Because every piece is individually painted by hand, the finished artwork will be an artistic interpretation rather than an exact photographic reproduction. Variations in brushwork, color, texture, and composition are part of the character of an original handmade painting.

Please review the example images before ordering. Once painting has begun, changes to the selected photos, subjects, composition, wording, or other personalized details cannot be accepted.

If we make a clear mistake in relation to the information submitted with your order, please contact us so that we can review the issue.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for your portrait to be hand-painted before shipping. We aim to complete every artwork as early as possible within this timeframe without compromising the care and detail it deserves. Larger or multi-subject portraits may require the full processing period. Shipping time is separate.
