For the best result, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo with:

• Good natural lighting
• Your pet fully visible
• A clear outline around the head and body
• No heavy filters or screenshots
• No objects covering important parts of the pet

Original photos taken directly from a phone or camera are recommended.

Please Note

• The selected size refers to the longest side of the finished pillow.
• The other side will be scaled proportionally according to your pet’s shape.
• Because every pet has a different outline, the final width and shape will vary.
• Please allow a measurement difference of approximately 1–3 cm.
• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
• Minor differences in cutting and stitching are normal for individually made products.
• Cropping and background removal may be adjusted to achieve the best finished shape.
• Personalized products cannot normally be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
