For the best result, please upload a clear, high-resolution image with good lighting and a visible outline around your dog.

A clear full-body photo will usually be made into a full-body pillow. If your dog’s body is cropped or heavily covered, we may create an adorable head-shaped pillow instead.

• The selected size refers to the longest side of the finished pillow.
• The width will vary depending on your dog’s shape.
• Please allow a measurement difference of approximately 1–3 cm.
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Minor differences in cutting and stitching are normal for individually made products.
• Background removal and image cropping may be adjusted for the best finished shape.
• Larger pillows may be vacuum-packed for shipping and may need time to regain their full shape.
• Personalized products cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
